    • Absolutely! We encourage you to share inspiration pictures. They help us get a sense of the look you’re going for so we can tailor it to your features and style.

    • Yes, we offer on-location services for events, weddings, and photoshoots.

    • Travel fees may apply depending on distance — please include your location details when booking.

    • Most services take about 45–60 minutes depending on the style. We’ll confirm timing when scheduling your appointment.

    • We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

    • Deposits are non-refundable, but with proper notice, they may be applied toward a future booking.

    • Yes! Whether it’s a bridal party, corporate team, or special event group, we can accommodate multiple clients. Please reach out with details for a custom quote.

    • Yes, we offer touch-ups and on-site support for events and photoshoots. This can be added to your booking if needed.
